📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting and enhancing the **SAP SD** module, which includes:

• Sales orders

• Invoicing

• Pricing

• Commercial conditions

• Tax determination

• Integrations with MM, FI, **Sales Force**, and other legacy systems

• Gathering functional requirements from business areas, drafting functional specifications, and overseeing ABAP development.

• Active participation in corporate projects (rollouts, upgrades, S/4HANA, Tax Reform, etc.).

• Analysis and resolution of medium to high complexity incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.

• Assisting in defining solution architecture and designing end-to-end processes.

• Involvement in integrated testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Support for tax integrations (CT-e, NF-e, GKO, and 4TAX when applicable).

• Technical support for ABAP developers:

• Functional debugging

• Logic validation

• Creation of exits, enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits

• Production of functional and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in **SAP SD**

• Practical knowledge of **ABAP** (code reading, debugging, functional specification)

• Pricing procedures

• Output determination

• User exits / BAdIs

• IDocs and integrations

• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects

• Experience with critical production environments and AMS operations

• Familiarity with Tax Reform

• Experience in industrial environments or B2B/B2C

• ABAP development

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori

• Understanding of Sales Force

• Agile methodologies (Jira)

• Tax integrations (SEFAZ, CT-e, NF-e)
