Analista de Segurança Sênior – Implantação e Suporte Netskope

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Engage in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Netskope solutions;

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and technical support in client environments;

• Lead activities related to the migration, integration, and tuning of security solutions;

• Implement security policies focused on CASB, SWG, ZTNA, DLP, and data protection;

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to security and connectivity;

• Assist clients in defining best practices and security architecture;

• Monitor environments to ensure the proper functioning of deployed solutions;

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures;

• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and clients for problem resolution and continuous improvement;

• Stay updated on new threats, technologies, and features within the Netskope ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;

• Proven experience with the deployment and support of Netskope solutions;

• Netskope Certified Cloud Security Architect (NSK300) certification or equivalent;

• Advanced knowledge in:

• TCP/IP networks;

• DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS;

• Proxies, VPNs, and Firewalls;

• Internet access security and SaaS applications;

• Concepts of CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and DLP;

• Experience with troubleshooting corporate environments and log analysis;

• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, XDR, IDS/IPS, and NDR;

• Experience in providing technical support to corporate clients;

• Strong analytical skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities;

• Intermediate/advanced English for reading, writing, and technical communication with clients and manufacturers;

• Intermediate Spanish for written and verbal communication.
