Analista de Segurança III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Support the commercial team in qualifying, presenting, and proposing security solutions that align with client needs;

• Facilitate the adoption of implemented security solutions, enhancing the benefits of these solutions for clients;

• Develop detailed technical projects, ensuring adherence to and suitability for each client's characteristics;

• Implement security solutions in clients' environments in accordance with recommended best practices and Teltec's internal procedures;

• Carry out corrective or evolutionary activities in clients' infrastructure environments;

• Document activities and work performed on projects during the commercial phase and after project implementation;

• Conduct technical training focused on specific solutions for clients;

• Address third-level technical requests originating from the Service Desk;

• Share knowledge with analysts, transferring and multiplying expertise within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of information security;

• Strong understanding of computer networks;

• Experience in implementing security solutions;

• Intermediate level of English;

• Fluent English skills;

• Experience in implementing NDR (Network Detection and Response) security solutions;

• Experience in configuring cloud computing environments;

• Experience in configuring virtualization environments.
