Analista de Riesgo Operacional – Riesgo Tecnológico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of technological risks at Tenpo.

• Assist in the implementation of effective controls and the preparation of regulatory reports.

• Develop and implement enhancements to internal processes for evaluating technological risk.

• Maintain a catalog of technological risk.

• Promote and coordinate the mitigation plans and management of requirements for the evaluated processes.

• Prepare and present reports in committees and other governance bodies.

• Contribute to the development of an operational risk culture through awareness and training activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Connectivity and Networks Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, Information Management Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in operational risk, auditing, or internal control within financial institutions.

• Involvement in processes for identifying and evaluating technological risks in regulated companies.

• Preparation of risk reports aimed at internal committees or regulatory bodies.

• Desirable: experience in implementing RCSA matrices or risk frameworks in financial institutions or fintechs.

• Strong understanding of technological risk.

• Knowledge of risk management: identification, evaluation, mitigation, and monitoring.

• Familiarity with CMF regulations applicable to technological risk in financial institutions.

• Desirable: basic SQL skills for data querying and extraction.

• Proficiency in tools for automating risk reporting.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to risk management.

• Experience with Looker Studio for generating monitoring and control dashboards.

• Languages: Spanish - native.

• English - intermediate level, sufficient for reading international technological risk standards and technical documentation of GRC tools.
