Analista de Requisitos – Exclusiva PCD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for gathering the functional and non-functional requirements that the system to be developed must exhibit.

• Guide, monitor, and direct developers regarding the use of tools in the requirements process;

• Capture a common vocabulary and classify the critical processes of the systems;

• Participate in the construction of prototypes.

• Define specifications for reports and audit trail logging;

• Describe the user interface;

• Develop supplementary specifications and a requirements management plan;

• Document information classification;

• Create supplementary specifications, a glossary, a list of requirements, and a matrix of system access profiles;

• Specify functional requirements/use cases and structure the use case model;

• Responsible for requirement approval meetings;

• Gather, document, and prioritize preliminary requirements;

• Maintain business rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology, with a minimum of 360 hours.

• DESIRABLE CERTIFICATION:

• CPRE - Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering;

• IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management w/Use Cases.

• Desired experience: 3 years in activities related to gathering, modeling, and documenting software system requirements.

• Knowledge in requirements gathering techniques (interviews, workshops, observation);

• Process modeling and business rules (BPMN, UML);

• Development of Use Cases and User Stories;

• Supporting tools: IBM DOORS, Rational Requirements Composer (RRC), Jira, Confluence;

• Versioning and change control of requirements; Understanding of information classification, audit trails, and LGPD;

• Software quality standards (IEEE 830, ISO/IEC 29148).
