This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Transactional Analysis (Cash In & Cash Out): Monitor and analyze Pix transactional flows in real-time;

• Qualified Detection: Identify behavioral deviations in Pix transaction alerts promptly, ensuring the integrity of the legitimate customer experience while minimizing financial losses;

• Data and Pattern Analysis: Identify, map, and document new patterns of fraudulent activities;

• Continuous Improvement: Actively assist in the creation, testing, and refinement of monitoring rules, metrics, and fraud detection workflows;

• Business Validation: Analyze systemic information and conduct advanced web research (OSINT) to validate customer activity and consistency, mitigating risks;

• Performance Focus: Achieve established daily and weekly productivity goals (SLA), maintaining technical rigor and quality standards in deliverables;

• Environment Monitoring: Remain vigilant for potential instabilities or anomalies in internal systems and partners that may impact operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Law, Economics, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields;

• Previous experience in fraud prevention (a plus if you have worked with e-commerce, banking, or fintechs);

• Practical knowledge of the Pix ecosystem's functioning, rules, and dynamics;

• Experience with market bureau inquiries for data validation;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Tools (especially spreadsheets for data cross-referencing);

• Skills with AI and Data: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools for optimizing routines and data logic;

• Course in document examination or digital fraud prevention;

• Knowledge of real-time transactional monitoring tools.
