Analista de planeación financiera, Junior, Bilingüe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop, consolidate, and monitor annual budgets and monthly projections

• Create monthly forecasts aligned with the company’s strategic objectives

• Conduct detailed financial analyses on revenues, costs, margins, and profitability

• Perform in-depth variance analyses to support decision-making

• Prepare regular financial reports for the Finance Department

• Create and track monthly financial indicators (KPIs)

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Finance or related fields: Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar

• 1 to 2 years of experience in financial planning, FP&A, or similar roles

• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential)

• Proficiency in English is essential for the position

• Knowledge of Power BI is desirable (a plus)

• Familiarity with SAP HANA is desirable, but not mandatory

• Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and effective communication abilities
