Analista de Onboarding de Novos Clientes – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Training and empowerment of clients:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on the platform, ensuring clients understand all features of the contracted product;

• Prepare materials, agendas, and resources necessary for onboarding sessions;

• Guide clients on best practices and assist them in becoming familiar with the platform’s workflows and processes.

• Management and execution of the implementation schedule:

• Plan, organize, and monitor the implementation schedule for each client, ensuring adherence to timelines;

• Act as a focal point between the client, sales, and internal teams to ensure the agreed-upon scope is delivered;

• Monitor risks, align expectations, and ensure all critical milestones of the implementation are achieved.

• Follow-up with the portfolio of new clients (60–90 days):

• Manage the portfolio of clients in the initial phase, conducting regular follow-ups and check-in meetings;

• Monitor success indicators, ensuring engagement, adoption, and continuous use of the platform;

• Identify challenges, direct solutions, and ensure the client achieves the expected results during the ramp-up period;

• Work to ensure recurring use by preparing a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of SaaS platforms;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and lead meetings;

• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously;

• Analytical and consultative abilities to understand client needs and make decisions;

• Proactive, empathetic, and focused on problem-solving;

• Curiosity and willingness to learn;

• Receptive to feedback.
