Analista de Incidentes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Support the management, monitoring, and reporting of technological and operational incidents, contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).

• Ensure alignment with CMF regulations and the availability of Tenpo's critical processes during crisis or disruption situations.

• Manage and address technological and operational incidents.

• Assist in incident management, coordinate resolution teams, record, analyze, and report on operational incidents.

• Ensure complete traceability of the event and timely communication with the regulatory body when applicable.

• Implement and update the Business Continuity Management System.

• Define and implement the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and the Risk Interruption Analysis (RIA).

• Develop, maintain, and update Business Continuity Plans.

• Support the creation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic continuity tests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Auditing, or related fields.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in roles related to operational risk, business continuity, or incident management, preferably in financial institutions, fintech, or technology-based companies.

• Essential experience: Active participation in at least two of the following activities: Incident management under frameworks such as ITIL, including classification, escalation, and follow-up until closure.

• Preparation, updating, or execution of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) or Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).

• Preparation of operational risk reports for internal committees or regulatory entities.

• Management of operational crises in digital or high-availability environments.

• Desired experience: Background in industries with high regulatory demands (banking, insurance, fintech).

• Participation in drills or operational continuity tests.
