Analista de Implantação

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Welcome clients, explaining the onboarding flow and guiding them throughout the entire process until activation;

• Train clients on the platform in an engaging and functional manner, tailored to their purchased plan and specific needs, using learning techniques to identify improvement opportunities and enhance adoption of our product;

• Strategically represent the client's perspective by analyzing current processes and actively contributing to their ongoing improvement, incorporating efficiency and best practices;

• Guide and instruct clients on how to perform their initial setup on the platform for their first access and value delivery;

• Create educational and support materials to increase client engagement with the platform;

• Implement practices that reduce friction and contribute to a customer-centric culture;

• Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mastery of Customer Success processes;

• Basic/intermediate knowledge of HRTech platforms (such as Convenia and others);

• Practical knowledge of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.);

• Hands-on experience with CRM (preferably Hubspot);

• Experience in HRTech will be considered a plus;

• Knowledge in Payroll & HR will be an advantage.
