This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Structure and document processes within the Data Engineering department.

• Monitor demands, deliverables, and operational routines.

• Define, consolidate, and track indicators and KPIs.

• Conduct SQL queries and analyses for data collection and validation.

• Organize information and create executive materials and presentations to communicate indicators, results, and the progress of initiatives.

• Lead or assist in follow-up meetings, rituals, and status updates on indicators.

• Support the communication of Data Engineering deliverables and results to leadership and partner areas.

• Collaborate with technical teams and interfacing areas to enhance visibility on deliverables and support process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing, organizing, and documenting processes.

• Experience in defining, monitoring, and analyzing indicators and KPIs.

• Experience in managing demands, operational routines, or initiatives in technology, data, or engineering fields.

• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently perform queries, cross-references, validations, and data analyses.

• Experience using data for the development and tracking of indicators.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience in creating executive presentations and communicating results.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
