Analista de Finance Transformation – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Serve as the key liaison and translator among Finance, Technology, and Data teams, ensuring that business rules are effectively transformed into scalable system architectures;

• Analyze, map, and redesign intricate accounting and financial workflows (such as new financial products and M&A integrations), identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement;

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial process automations utilizing low-code/no-code tools (like N8N, Zapier) or scripting languages (e.g., Python);

• Extract, model, and analyze data from various sources using SQL;

• Oversee the project backlog and systemic demands within the finance domain by applying agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management tools (Jira/Monday);

• Direct user acceptance testing and the deployment of new tools, minimizing the risks associated with failures in financial processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in handling complex/strategic projects, defining roadmaps, and managing multiple stakeholders;

• Strong background in finance sectors (FP&A, Controllership, or Financial Operations), along with a comprehensive understanding of accounting practices and procedures;

• Proficient in SQL for executing queries and cross-referencing complex databases;

• Demonstrated experience in developing automations and system integrations (using tools like N8N/Zapier/RPA or through direct API use);

• Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and managing technical backlogs;

• Expertise in data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Metabase, or similar);

• A hands-on approach with the ability to transition from process strategy to the technical execution of financial processes;

• Previous experience in financial institutions, fintech companies, or banks with high transaction volumes.
