Analista de Engenharia Jr. – Gestão Integrada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management and supervision of all phases of the construction project: foundation, structure, building installations, climate control, finishing, and final delivery to the client throughout the national territory;

• Monitoring and control of detailed schedules, including deviation tracking, risk analysis, and the proposal of corrective action plans;

• Conducting regular technical inspections, producing photographic and technical reports that document non-conformities, physical progress, and outstanding issues;

• Document management for the project, ensuring the organization of designs, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes, and field records;

• Oversight of timelines, costs, and quality, ensuring compliance with the contracted scope and delivery according to the approved plan;

• Active interaction with internal departments (engineering, procurement, and planning), ensuring smooth release processes and decision-making;

• Application of Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction, and execution efficiency;

• Coordination of suppliers and construction companies, ensuring seamless integration among vendors;

• Participation in in-person and remote meetings with clients, designers, and construction companies, ensuring technical and strategic alignment;

• Assurance of best construction practices, occupational safety, and execution quality in accordance with applicable ABNT standards and NR regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;

• Intermediate knowledge of the Office suite;

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization;

• Availability to work outside of regular hours and occasional site visits;

• Experience in managing construction projects within the retail sector (a plus);

• Valid driver's license (a plus).
