Analista de Engenharia Jr. – Gestão Integrada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and supervise all phases of the construction project: foundation, structure, building installations, climate control, finishes, and final delivery to the client across the country.

• Monitor and manage detailed schedules, deviations, and risks, proposing corrective action plans as needed.

• Conduct periodic technical inspections and generate photographic and technical reports regarding non-conformities, physical progress, and outstanding issues.

• Manage project documentation, including designs, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes, and field records.

• Control deadlines, costs, and quality, ensuring adherence to the contracted scope and approved planning.

• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams to ensure timely releases and decision-making.

• Implement Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction, and efficiency.

• Coordinate suppliers and construction companies, ensuring their integration into the project.

• Attend in-person and remote meetings with clients, designers, and construction firms.

• Ensure adherence to best construction practices, occupational safety, and quality standards in accordance with applicable ABNT norms and NR regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite.

• Valid driver's license (CNH).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization.

• Availability to work outside of regular business hours and make occasional site visits.

• Experience in managing construction projects in the retail sector (preferred).
