This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create written content in the coverage area, including articles and social media posts (Instagram);

• Develop and review presentations, particularly in PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, editorial quality, visual consistency, textual accuracy, and suitability for the audience;

• Review articles on specific topics (public competitions, public careers, legislation, and related themes), ensuring accuracy, good narrative structure, appropriate language, and compliance with the company’s editorial standards;

• Analyze the performance of published content based on audience metrics, engagement, conversion, and search engine positioning;

• Collaborate with the SEO analyst, guiding the optimization of articles based on keywords, search intent, and ranking assessments in Google;

• Monitor results and suggest continuous improvements in the editorial line and content planning;

• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to support research, production, review, organization, and optimization of content;

• Ensure responsible use of artificial intelligence, including fact-checking, source verification, attention to copyright issues, and managing risks of incorrect content;

• Organize priorities, distribute tasks, monitor deadlines, and be accountable for the quality of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Law, Social Communication, Journalism, or related areas;

• Experience in the production, editing, or reviewing of journalistic content;

• Proficient in WordPress for publishing, editing, and organizing content;

• Excellent command of the Portuguese language, including normative grammar;

• Knowledge of the Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint;

• Practical experience with artificial intelligence tools applied to content production;

• Understanding of editorial SEO and article optimization techniques;

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, or similar platforms (desirable);

• Experience with public competition themes, law, public administration, or education (desirable);

• Previous experience in news portals, digital newsrooms, or content teams (desirable);

• Familiarity with SEO plugins in WordPress, such as Yoast or Rank Math (desirable).
