This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain **dashboards and performance indicators** (operational, managerial, and strategic);

• Conduct data analyses and reports, ensuring **quality, consistency, and reliability of information;**

• Automate indicators and management processes through BI solutions;

• Implement Business Intelligence projects, from requirements gathering to final delivery;

• Test and validate developments, ensuring alignment with business needs;

• Collaborate with leadership as a strategic partner, supporting results analysis;

• Monitor indicators of the business units within the Operations Directorate;

• Support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as **PDCA;**

• Prepare documentation, standardize processes, and create executive presentations of results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in: Administration, Project Management, Systems Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related fields;

• Professional experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in the field;

• Advanced knowledge in: **Power BI** (DAX and M);

• **Advanced SQL**;

• **Advanced Excel**;

• Basic knowledge of **Python**;

• Experience with **Data Analysis** methodologies;

• Familiarity with **Microsoft Office 365** tools;

• ➕ Differentials;

• Knowledge of **R Language**;

• Experience in **Process Management**;

• Background in the **management and outsourcing of fleets (light and heavy).**
