This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead consultative business meetings with qualified prospects;
• Identify commercial and marketing challenges faced by potential clients;
• Present solutions for business consulting, training, and sales operation structuring;
• Negotiate commercial proposals and guide the closing process;
• Manage the pipeline and opportunities within the CRM;
• Conduct strategic follow-ups to advance negotiations;
• Build trusting relationships with entrepreneurs and managers;
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams;
• Monitor conversion metrics and commercial performance;
• Contribute to improvements in sales processes and commercial approaches.
• Have experience in consultative sales of B2B services;
• Have worked or currently work in commercial consulting, sales training, or marketing;
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese;
• Conduct negotiations with a consultative approach and the ability to influence;
• Possess a relational, dynamic, and results-oriented profile;
• Have experience with CRM and commercial pipeline management;
• Demonstrate autonomy for remote work;
• Have strong listening skills, argumentation, and rapport-building abilities;
• Maintain professional, clear communication without excessive formality.
