AMS360 Applications Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform site visits and conduct remote meetings with agencies to deliver training on the functionalities and operation of our AMS360 insurance agency management system.

• Accountable for upholding workflows, developing job aids, and advocating best practices.

• Provide both onsite and remote training sessions for users at introductory and intermediate levels.

• Respond promptly and thoroughly to support requests from agency partners.

• Aid in data cleaning efforts before and after system conversion.

• Oversee multiple projects with clearly defined plans and deadlines.

• Assess outcomes and implement changes to meet organizational goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of AMS360 insurance agency management system software (required).

• Capability to create workflows and job aids.

• Ability to collaborate with an agency on specific workflow development as needed.

• Familiarity with PL Rater, Insurelink, and Work Smart is preferred.

• Proven ability to solve problems and foresee solutions.

• Experience in managing the lifecycle of insurance policies.

• Strong administrative and computing competencies, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Effective skills in prioritization and deadline management.

• Professional, organized, and adept communicator capable of articulating ideas, concepts, and strategies to all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as WebEx, Zoom, or Teams.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel domestically, up to 20% of the year.

• At least 5 years of experience with AMS360 insurance agency management system.

• Minimum of 2 years of training experience with AMS360.
