Ambulatory Optimization Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist a specialty physician group in evaluating, restructuring, and enhancing their athenaOne EHR system.

• Perform a thorough analysis of the current system configuration, pinpoint gaps and underutilized features, and spearhead configuration enhancements.

• Work in partnership with physician group leadership and operational stakeholders to comprehend workflows, identify discrepancies, and create a more efficient athenaOne structure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• Required hands-on experience in athenaOne configuration and optimization.

• Strong grasp of ambulatory workflows within a specialty physician group environment.

• Demonstrated capability to evaluate an existing EHR configuration, recognize gaps, and implement targeted enhancements.

• Experience in working autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication skills with both clinical and operational stakeholders.
