ALTA Survey Project Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate all initial drafts of surveys within two business days of receipt.

• Organize and respond to all client feedback and requests for revisions.

• Process revision requests for Field Professionals.

• Forward zoning reports to the surveyor along with comments from the initial draft review.

• Address questions and requests related to zoning with the respective analyst.

• Archive and log revised survey and zoning drafts, then distribute them to the client.

• Solicit quotes from surveyors and zoning providers for additional work.

• Request, save, and distribute final survey and zoning PDFs once client approval is obtained.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Survey, Real Estate Transaction, and other divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• AA, AS, or BA degree is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Excellent problem-solving skills are required.

• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel is necessary.

• Experience with GNet project management software is a plus.

• Previous experience in surveying, project mapping review, commercial real estate review, or a similar field is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must be available to work a 9–5 EST schedule.

• Ideal candidates should reside in the Midwest or East Coast.
