This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
β’ Engaging in the design and creation of AI solutions for complex projects.
β’ Developing production-grade ML/AI solutions, adhering to robust software engineering and ML/AI principles.
β’ Implementing MLOps for automated deployment and monitoring of models and infrastructure.
β’ Conducting data analysis, including data cleaning and variable transformation.
β’ Designing and training ML/AI models.
β’ Deploying AI models into production, which involves parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, and testing the models for a production environment.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Computer Science.
β’ Proven experience in creating an βend-to-end software productβ that includes AI or Machine Learning components.
β’ Familiarity with Azure or other cloud-based solutions.
β’ Proficient in Python with a reasonable understanding of SQL.
β’ Experience in testing as a critical aspect of development (unit, integration, etc.).
β’ Knowledge in NLP and Computer Vision.
β’ Practical experience throughout the entire ML lifecycle, from development to production deployment, including the design and construction of scalable ML pipelines (MLOps experience is highly regarded by the team).
β’ Experience utilizing GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools within real development workflows.
β’ A continuous desire to learn and the ability to adapt quickly.
β’ Strong team-oriented approach.
β’ Fluent in Spanish (mandatory).
β’ **Highly desirable:**
β’ Fluent in English (for an international environment).
β’ Experience with Big Data tools and cloud platforms (especially Azure).
β’ Knowledge of RESTful API development and DevOps practices (docker, CI/CD).
β’ Familiarity with recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, and ranking models.
β’ Experience with cognitive services and Agentic AI.
β’ Understanding of TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, and unit testing.
β’ Strong skills in object-oriented programming.
