AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create MLOps frameworks and workflows applicable to various domains and applications.

• Construct, train, deploy, and sustain machine learning models within production settings.

• Design, develop, and oversee comprehensive ML pipelines, encompassing data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Apply MLOps frameworks and best practices, which include CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, model registries, feature stores, and automated retraining workflows. Utilize cloud platforms and containerized technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML to deploy, monitor, and enhance machine learning solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to incorporate scalable ML solutions into critical applications while monitoring performance and managing model drift.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building, training, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.

• Strong expertise in Python along with experience in one or more machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or Hugging Face.

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools, such as model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, model registries, feature stores, model monitoring, and automated retraining workflows. Experience in deploying machine learning models using cloud-native or containerized technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning.

• Experience in monitoring production machine learning systems, diagnosing model performance issues, and addressing model drift.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (No Dual citizenship).
