AI/LLM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of intelligent, scalable applications.

• Develop chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents, ensuring their reliability, security, and performance in production environments.

• Design and create LLM applications: chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents.

• Integrate and orchestrate model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers).

• Architect RAG pipelines; manage memory, context, and embeddings.

• Implement guardrails and response validation; optimize latency and token expenses.

• Set up monitoring and observability for LLM systems in a production setting.

• Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks.

• Well-organized with a strong attention to detail.

• Mindset focused on scalability.

• Proficient in systems thinking.

• Communicate clearly with technical and analytical teams.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks.

• Dedicated to quality and reliability.

• Experience with backend development (Python or Node.js).

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Knowledge of microservices.

• Experience with Docker.

• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks.

• Knowledge of Vector DBs (Chroma, OpenSearch, etc.).

• Understanding of AI security (prompt injection, context control).

• Experience with logging, tracing, and observability.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
