This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create AI-enhanced video content for various platforms including digital, social media, editorial, studio, and podcasts.
• Utilize AI tools for video, audio, editing, scripting, motion graphics, transcription, captioning, and voiceover to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Aid in studio programming by developing consistent podcast-to-video workflows, encompassing full episodes, cutdowns, topic segments, vertical clips, audiograms, highlight packages, and social media promotional materials.
• Develop templates and production systems for recurring content formats such as rankings, player highlights, team features, historical trends, recruiting narratives, records, milestones, previews, recaps, and breaking news.
• Collaborate with editorial teams to transform sports data, rankings, statistics, and story concepts into engaging and clear video narratives.
• Work alongside studio, social, and video teams to enhance the packaging, distribution, clipping, and extension of podcasts and long-form programming across various platforms.
• Explore AI-generated visuals, synthetic or AI-assisted voiceovers, automated editing, motion graphics, captions, archival footage, highlight-style storytelling, and creative formats tailored for specific platforms.
• Assess new AI tools and suggest practical methods for their integration into current production workflows.
• Document repeatable processes so that other producers, editors, social leads, and editorial team members can utilize them.
• Ensure quality control regarding factual accuracy, sports context, rights usage, visual standards, tone, brand voice, and editorial integrity.
• Proven experience in producing video content for digital, social, editorial, studio, sports, media, or entertainment platforms.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI video tools and AI-assisted production workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in generating video outputs using a mix of scripting, editing, voiceover, motion graphics, templates, archival assets, and AI-generated content.
• Strong storytelling abilities and the aptitude to convert sports data into engaging and clear narratives.
• Comfort in working with rankings, records, statistics, athlete profiles, team information, historical trends, and recurring sports content formats.
• Experience in supporting podcast, studio, or long-form programming through clips, segments, promotional assets, social cutdowns, or video extensions.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent AI and video platforms.
• Competence in testing, learning, documenting, and refining repeatable workflows for broader team application.
• Strong editorial judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to accuracy in sports storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with editorial, studio, social, video, product, data, and marketing teams.
