This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Editing content for social media platforms such as Reels, TikToks, and advertisements.

• Transforming clear creative briefs into engaging, high-performing videos.

• Leveraging AI video tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or similar applications.

• Merging AI-generated components with conventional editing techniques.

• Crafting and executing hooks, transitions, and fast-paced cutting styles.

• Producing variations for testing purposes (including hooks, intros, cuts, etc.).

• Enhancing content for viewer retention, watch time, and scroll-stopping effectiveness.

• Collaborating closely with strategy and creative direction teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Background in social media editing (not primarily focused on traditional corporate or image films).

• Entry-level to advanced experience with AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Higgsfield, Kling, etc.).

• Knowledge of platform mechanics (including hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts).

• Capability to deliver work swiftly and dependably.

• Well-organized and independent working style.
