This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Utilize proprietary software to generate labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio initiatives.

• Translate and localize user interface text, prompts, responses, and other written material from English into Ukrainian.

• Assemble high-quality audio data that captures linguistic and prosodic features, such as intonation, rhythm, and accent.

• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance speech modulation, accent diversity, noisy recordings, and the processing of multilingual audio.

• Optimize annotation tools for more effective audio workflows.

• Train and refine Grok to improve voice interactions, speech recognition, and multilingual auditory experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Ukrainian speaker with experience in various accents, dialects, or regional variations.

• Proficient in English at a minimum B2 level.

• Clear and natural vocal delivery with pronunciation suitable for audio recordings.

• Strong auditory sensitivity to speech nuances, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality.

• Capable of managing multilingual audio content and assessing speech accuracy and cultural vocal expressions.

• Proficient in accurately transcribing audio across different accents and audio qualities.

• Skilled in translating and localizing text accurately between English and Ukrainian.

• Comfortable providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in various languages.

• Ability to make independent decisions regarding ambiguous or varied audio materials, including noisy or accented speech.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.

• Committed to advancing sophisticated multilingual AI audio capabilities.

• Personal computer must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later if used.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Preferred qualifications include advanced knowledge of transcription and annotation practices, speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization workflows, professional voice work, and a background in linguistics or speech sciences.
