AI Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) leaders to identify and prioritize AI use cases based on their commercial impact, customer experience, feasibility, and strategic alignment.

• Convert priorities into actionable roadmaps and assist teams in developing business cases to advance initiatives.

• Disseminate successful strategies across BUs — when a solution is effective in one area, ensure others can benefit from it.

• Serve as the practical implementation partner for BUs utilizing AI tools and workflows, guiding their AI initiatives from inception to deployment.

• Advise Business Units on cost-effective tool utilization and fostering synergies across the Group.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles — including process friction, data gaps, and resistance to change — to ensure projects progress from pilot to production.

• Conduct AI pilots aimed at generating transferable insights and scalable outcomes.

• Provide day-to-day support to BU’s AI Champions with guidance, escalation channels, and access to resources from the Modaxo AI Center of Excellence.

• Facilitate practical training sessions — particularly in prompt crafting and real-world AI applications — to enhance team-level skills.

• Assist BU AI Champions in developing into confident, independent leaders, minimizing reliance on central support for routine inquiries.

• Maintain an up-to-date group AI roadmap to outline key themes and initiatives for implementation across all BUs.

• Keep the Group Leader informed about progress, challenges, and decisions requiring their input.

• Ensure that AI adoption becomes a visible aspect of regular operational performance discussions.

• Establish the AI Governance framework for the Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in driving the adoption of significant change programs within complex, multi-site organizations.

• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and competing priorities across business units simultaneously.

• Background in business transformation, change management, or high-level commercial/operational roles with substantial change exposure, or management consulting with relevant transformation experience.

• Skilled at achieving results through individuals who do not report directly to you.

• A genuine, hands-on user of AI within a professional setting — credible, inquisitive, and current.

• Comprehends the realities of operating a Business Unit: commercial pressures, imperfect systems, and limited resources.

• Possesses a practitioner mindset.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to travel occasionally for business, primarily within LATAM but not limited to that region.
