AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Lead engagements focused on client operating models that encompass organizational design, decision-making rights, governance, and workforce readiness for teams collaborating with AI agents.

• Facilitate AI advisory workshops tailored for both executive and delivery teams.

• Design and structure the collaboration between Praecipio teams and AI agents.

• Develop change frameworks that ensure sustainable adoption of new practices.

• Transform insights gained from engagements into a repeatable, marketable methodology.

• Perform client-billable strategic work while simultaneously building internal methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundation in organizational design and change management, preferably within a consulting or transformation delivery environment.

• Proficiency in AI strategy, engineering, and enablement.

• A well-articulated and defensible perspective on AI-native organizations.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty and establish new capabilities.

• Executive presence and facilitation expertise at the decision-maker level.

• Current practical experience with Git, GitHub, and Claude Code in a terminal environment.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Anthropic Claude Certification status is requested in the application form.
