AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Integrate into Scrum teams to comprehend the workflows of developers, designers, QAs, and product managers, and then create tailored AI integration practices for each role.

• Participate regularly in Scrum events such as sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups to stay aligned with each team's rhythm and provide both Scrum process support and AI transformation coaching.

• Mentor teams on enhancing Scrum practices as needed; your insights promote AI adoption and improve agile maturity simultaneously.

• For developers: formulate how tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude can be incorporated into coding, code review, and debugging processes.

• For designers: expedite creative workflows through methodologies related to Figma AI, prompt-to-design, and AI-assisted concept generation.

• For QA engineers: expand the application of AI in test case creation, bug analysis, and automation scenario development.

• For product managers: transform AI into a practical collaborator for backlog prioritization, user story formulation, and data analysis.

• Promote sustainable behavioral change across all roles, extending beyond isolated training sessions.

• Develop and advance an AI adoption maturity model; ensure individual and team progress is visible and quantifiable.

• Create engagement loops that incorporate gamification elements, badges, and leaderboards to maintain adoption momentum.

• Foster a network of AI advocates within each role group to facilitate organic transformation.

• Evaluate which tools provide the most value in various roles and contexts, and relay those insights back to the organization.

• Align AI adoption strategies with both immediate actions and long-term organizational maturity objectives, collaborating closely with leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software development experience, giving you a deep understanding of the developer landscape.

• Practical experience in Scrum/Agile teams, allowing you to witness firsthand how different roles interact and rely on one another.

• A proactive user of AI-powered tools, not merely someone who discusses them.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to varied audiences, both technical and non-technical, tailored to each role.

• A metrics-focused mindset, believing that measurement leads to improvement.

• Practical experience in change management or organizational learning.

• High level of autonomy and comfort in ambiguous situations, enabling you to progress without a detailed roadmap.
