AI Transformation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Address business challenges by utilizing daily AI (LLMs, no-code tools).

• Identify, prioritize, and prototype use cases, bringing them to operational status.

• Facilitate the autonomous use of AI across various business functions.

• Define, assess, and manage metrics to evaluate the success of daily AI implementation (P&L, customer metrics, employee performance, etc.).

• Lead the formation of an internal AI community centered around business challenges.

• Keep abreast of the AI tools market and incorporate solutions to tackle business issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in applying AI/LLM to tackle real-world business challenges (focusing on implementation rather than research).

• Practical knowledge of LLM and AI tools (prompting, orchestration, no/low-code, automation).

• In-depth understanding of business metrics: P&L, unit economics, customer metrics, operational efficiency.

• Capability to independently identify use cases and develop solutions to a working state without relying on development resources.

• Quick adaptability to new AI tools and their application to specific tasks.

• Experience engaging with business stakeholders and implementing process improvements.

• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks based on their business impact.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Proficient in English at B2+ level.

• Basic understanding of data/DS (sufficient to evaluate limitations and risks).
