AI Training Contributor – Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Depending on the task, you may be required to create original content or evaluate outputs generated by AI.

• Deliver content that is culturally relevant and suitable by leveraging local insights regarding tone, symbolism, visual cues, and market applicability.

• Identify common problems such as visual artifacts, inconsistent styles, translation inaccuracies, or cultural discrepancies.

• Provide clear and structured annotations that can be utilized directly for model enhancement.

• Consistently apply evaluation guidelines and engage in calibration and QA processes to ensure standardized scoring and judgment criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in the target language.

• Strong proficiency in English.

• Previous experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator is preferred.

• Comfortable working with both text and audio/video materials.

• Ability to adhere to detailed guidelines consistently and provide clear feedback.

• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to accurately categorize content thoroughly.
