AI Strategy – Digital Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Ongoing enhancement and upkeep of our website (currently hosted on Lovable)

• Play a role in the development of our application and the web dashboard tailored for clinics and practices

• Seamlessly integrate diverse digital elements into a unified product ecosystem

• Evaluate new features and refine them based on user input

• Leverage AI tools for swift development and execution of new concepts

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to establish priorities and ensure alignment with our digital strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Current student, ideally with a focus on entrepreneurship, computer science, digital business, or a related field

• Some practical experience in web or app development is beneficial

• Fundamental programming knowledge (e.g., React/TypeScript, web basics)

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Lovable, Cursor, Claude) is a plus

• Proficient in common web and office applications

• Ability to manage multiple digital projects in a structured, priority-focused manner

• Skill in translating user feedback into tangible product enhancements

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Excellent communication skills when engaging with the founders, even in a part-time capacity

• Team-oriented, even while working primarily remotely

• Capable of independent and dependable work style despite part-time commitments

• Interest in MedTech and startups, with a readiness to assume significant responsibilities early on

• Eagerness to learn and a curiosity about new tools
