AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and guide the AI strategy for significant enterprise accounts.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors, customer success teams, solution engineering, and product to deliver effective AI solutions.

• Serve as a strategic consultant to client leadership, assisting in the development of AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.

• Work in close partnership with the CEO, CRO, and the wider leadership team to shape deal strategy and positioning for the most critical global opportunities.

• Apply consulting-grade analytical skills to structure engagements, create solution narratives, and develop commercial strategies.

• Act as a reliable advisor to senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, CXO) regarding AI-driven business transformation.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market (GTM), and delivery teams to ensure AI solutions align with customer goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience, including a background as a Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar firms.

• Strong experience in consulting-led enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives.

• Essential familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales processes.

• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML applications within enterprise workflows (experience with LLMs is a plus).

• Proven history of advising C-suite clients and managing relationships with executives.

• Capability to design business cases, evaluate ROI, and convert strategy into actionable plans.

• Outstanding storytelling, structured problem-solving, and presentation abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional leadership teams in fast-paced environments.
