AI Solutions Engineer – Agency Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform existing AI-assisted processes (currently utilizing Google Gemini Gems) into scalable, production-ready agents.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts in copywriting, account management, design, video, and partnerships to comprehend workflows and refine solutions.

• Design, create, and implement AI agents and tools that enhance speed and quality across various business functions.

• Ensure that AI solutions are secure, scalable, and dependable when deployed among multiple non-technical users.

• Mentor and train non-technical team members to effectively adopt and utilize AI tools.

• Make thoughtful, well-informed engineering decisions and clearly articulate the trade-offs (security, scalability, cost, reliability).

• Document tools, workflows, and best practices to ensure they can be maintained and scaled throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with leadership to define the AI roadmap, eventually taking ownership of it over time.

• Stay updated on the rapidly changing AI landscape and introduce new capabilities and ideas to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the Philippines with reliable availability for a long-term position.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical individuals.

• Strong academic credentials with a remarkable General Weighted Average.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as the engineering partner to non-technical teams or stakeholders.

• Experience in deploying scalable AI solutions, preferably within a professional services or agency environment (highly advantageous).

• Practical experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, and Gemini, along with other modern AI tools.

• A solid understanding of the trade-offs involved in AI deployment—security, scalability, cost, and reliability—beyond mere prompt-and-accept usage.

• Strong coding skills complemented by proficiency with AI-native and agent-building tools.

• Experience in designing and implementing agents or automated workflows that scale across multiple users.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of promoting adoption among non-technical teams.

• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
