AI Solutions Architect – Platform Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical enablement of engineering and product teams utilizing the IARA platform;

• Drive the integration of components for the development and large-scale deployment of AI agents;

• Manage and carry out the transition of legacy AI solutions to the updated platform;

• Proactively identify bugs, gaps in documentation, and obstacles to adoption, while proposing and tracking solutions;

• Create high-quality technical documentation including guides, reference architectures, runbooks, and code samples;

• Convert community feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams;

• Act as the technical authority and primary liaison between the platform and its user teams;

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML platforms deployed in large enterprise settings;

• Extensive knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, and workflow orchestration patterns;

• Experience in technical enablement, developer advocacy, or AI solution architecture;

• Capability to create reference technical documents and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions with engineering teams;

• Full independence to identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement actions without needing guidance;

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP in relation to ML/AI platforms;

• Practical expertise with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar;

• Experience with MLOps platforms like MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Kubeflow;

• Prior experience at major banks, fintech companies, or tech firms with a platform-focused culture;

• Experience in product environments characterized by agile teams and rapid delivery cycles;
