AI Software Development Engineer in Test – AI-SDET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Advocate for the integration of AI-enhanced testing tools and methodologies within the QA Guild

• Pinpoint deficiencies in existing QA processes and implement AI-based solutions

• Conduct workshops, lunch-and-learns, and sessions for knowledge sharing

• Act as the internal authority on AI quality standards

• Collaborate with QA leaders, engineering managers, and product teams

• Design and uphold evaluation (Evals) frameworks

• Establish automated validation pipelines for LLM outputs

• Assess RAG architectures

• Evaluate multi-agent orchestration workflows

• Generate synthetic and benchmark datasets for AI testing scenarios

• Create and manage scalable UI and API automation frameworks

• Automate testing across diverse architectures

• Develop reusable automation libraries and utilities

• Validate AI agents developed on various platforms

• Monitor AI system performance using observability tools

• Execute cloud-based testing and deployments on major cloud platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–10+ years of experience in engineering

• 2–4 years specializing in AI/ML

• Proficient in Python

• Practical experience in AI/LLM testing

• Hands-on knowledge of RAG systems, AI agents, and vector databases

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP)

• Experience with API testing, microservices testing, and UI automation

• Proficient in SQL and experienced in data validation

• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities

• Experience in Agile/Scrum working environments
