This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the AI Security Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE), spearheading the development of solutions and assets to enhance AI security capabilities.
• Empower and assist innovative teams across clients by delivering AI security tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Propel research and development of cutting-edge AI security technologies, such as autonomous AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate advanced AI/ML techniques, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and autonomous reasoning into cybersecurity processes.
• Create and uphold AI security innovation roadmaps that align with market trends and client demands.
• Mentor and guide innovation teams, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and ongoing improvement.
• Promote AI security innovation within EY and the larger cybersecurity community.
• Ensure that AI security innovation initiatives adhere to cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to encourage collaboration and business expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD) are preferred.
• At least 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years in AI, cybersecurity, or related technology leadership positions.
• Proven track record in AI security innovation, solution development, and architectural advancements.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, or cloud security certifications are highly advantageous.
• AI certification or specialized training in AI innovation is a plus.
