This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Manage the collaboration with CSG regarding data residency, PII management, access governance, and security controls for models.
• Convert policies into actionable guidelines for the delivery team and citizen developers.
• Create and uphold security tools, enforce guardrails, and integrate policy-as-code across Enterprise AI platforms.
• Minimize manual reviews through automation wherever feasible.
• Develop reusable security components and patterns that delivery teams and citizen developers can easily integrate into Agent builds, ensuring that the secure path is the straightforward path.
• Equip AI platforms to identify unusual behavior, access trends, and policy breaches.
• Construct the detection framework rather than merely utilizing it.
• 1–2 years of practical experience implementing security and compliance controls in AI or ML systems.
• Knowledge of LLM-specific risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, model access control, and output filtering.
• Proven experience in defining architectural standards or technical guardrails.
• Understanding of data residency obligations, PII management, and access governance in corporate settings.
• Capability to translate security requirements into guidance for developers.
• Proven track record of building and executing solutions directly, rather than just documenting or advising.
