AI Research Engineer – Pre training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead innovation in the development of architectures for AI models

• Execute pre-training of AI models on extensive servers equipped with NVIDIA GPUs

• Create, prototype, and expand groundbreaking architectures

• Conduct experiments independently and collaboratively while analyzing outcomes

• Play a key role in enhancing training systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Preferably a PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a similar area

• Practical experience with large-scale LLM training on distributed server systems

• Knowledge of large-scale training frameworks and associated tools

• Profound understanding of transformer and non-transformer modifications

• Proficiency in PyTorch and Hugging Face libraries
