AI Research Engineer – Pre training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead innovation in the development of AI architecture

• Perform pre-training of AI models on extensive server systems

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Ideally possess a PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related area

• Practical experience in LLM training on large, distributed server environments

• Knowledge of large-scale, distributed training frameworks

• In-depth understanding of cutting-edge transformer and non-transformer adaptations

• Strong proficiency in PyTorch and Hugging Face libraries
