AI Research Engineer – NLP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyzes incident reports related to LLMs or NLP algorithms and formulates hypotheses regarding root causes.

• Conducts reviews of literature and open-source resources in the fields of NLP and LLM.

• Designs, organizes, and develops assessments for NLP or LLM, promoting best practices in digital safety.

• Utilizes technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills effectively.

• Develops or trains text analytics necessary for conducting NLP or LLM assessments.

• Prepares documentation components for technical audiences in written form.

• Publishes research findings from assessments online using Digital Safety lab tools, as well as in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.

• Collaborates closely with team members to ensure all processes are precise and technically robust.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. in computer science or a related discipline, with a focus on NLP or LLMs.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience following the completion of the Ph.D.
