AI Research and Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and evaluate AI tools within creator communities.

• Develop playbooks and best-practice manuals for editors and producers.

• Collaborate with editors and producers to identify AI efficiencies in production processes.

• Assist the editing team by providing direct contributions as required.

• Work alongside legal, engineering, and product teams for assessments and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience editing TV spots or short-form video at a senior editor level.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, Sora, or similar platforms.

• Active participation in AI creator communities, including Discord, X, and Reddit.

• Proficient in conducting structured tests and evaluating AI tools.
