AI Reliability Engineer – Red Teaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Analyze models to identify potential vulnerabilities against adversaries

• Oversee the technical stress-testing processes for AI systems

• Design and implement adversarial attack strategies

• Develop and maintain a Continuous Control framework

• Collaborate with Data Scientists to address and mitigate bias

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience

• Proficient in Python programming

• Extensive experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow

• Skilled in MLOps pipeline development

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or Cybersecurity

• At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, focusing on model security or reliability
