AI Project Implementation Consultant – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and validate requirements from clients;

• Design and oversee the implementation of AI solutions within the established scope;

• Set up features, workflows, and fundamental integrations;

• Track project timelines, milestones, and potential risks;

• Provide training and support to users and involved teams;

• Collaborate with project, product, support, sales, and technical teams;

• Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement;

• Maintain clear, organized, and current delivery documentation;

• Assist in solution stabilization following the go-live phase.

• Experience in deploying systems, automation, or AI agents;

• Excellent communication skills with both clients and technical teams;

• Familiarity with integrations, processes, and business rules;

• Analytical, organized, and results-driven mindset;

• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks;

• Proficient or fluent in English;

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related fields.
