• Expert sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter along with AI and automated tools.

• Developing search strategies based on occasionally imperfect briefs.

• Crafting intricate Boolean search strings.

• Discovering “hidden” or less obvious job titles.

• Rapidly evaluating candidate profiles.

• Personalized outreach along with follow-up communications.

• Light pre-qualification, which is a significant advantage.

• Managing 3–4 roles simultaneously across a mix of tech, biotech, and corporate sectors.
