AI Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Integration of AI and automation into daily workflows

• Identification of manual or inefficient processes

• Development and implementation of automated solutions

• Ensuring the effective use of AI tools across the organization

• Close collaboration with management and all teams

• Documentation and structuring of workflows and automations

• Continuous evaluation of new AI tools and technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and process optimization

• Experience with AI tools or automation platforms

• Analytical and structured mindset

• Ability to simplify complex processes

• Independent and solution-oriented work style

• Nice to have: experience with tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, or APIs

• Experience with low-code / no-code automations

• Experience in a startup, agency environment, or fast-growing company
