AI Native Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Exhibit the capability to learn new skills and techniques, applying them effectively to assigned engineering tasks.

• Analyze and troubleshoot intricate software constructs.

• Contribute to the establishment of coding standards and procedures for the team and technology organization.

• Spearhead the research, design, and development of moderately complex software components.

• Develop unit tests for complex algorithms to ensure high code quality.

• Receive guidance and mentorship from senior engineers, while also mentoring junior engineers.

• Collaborate with fellow engineers within the team and across the technology organization.

• Engage in reviewing and providing constructive feedback on complex code algorithms.

• Compose detailed technical documentation and design sketches at the feature level.

• Provide high-level estimates at the epic level.

• Participate in functional requirements reviews with the Product Owner.

• Recognize when tasks may become unproductive and adjust accordingly.

• Assist others in understanding the importance of quality for project success.

• Motivate the team to remain focused and committed to achieving sprint goals.

• Pose probing and clarifying questions during discussions to ensure comprehensive evaluation of ideas.

• Represent the team in cross-functional meetings.

• Respectfully identify potential "trouble spots" in others' ideas during discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the following areas is required.

• Experience in Software Development utilizing C#, ASP.NET 4.5+, and .NET Core.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, GPT, Cursor, Claude, MCP Servers, and AI coding assistants.

• Over 5 years of experience in MS SQL relational database design and querying.

• More than 5 years of experience with JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, Angular 8+, Node) - at least 3 years in Angular and TypeScript.

• At least 3 years of experience with ORM Tools (NHibernate, Dapper).

• 3 or more years of experience with Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, Lambda, SNS, SQS, etc.) - familiarity with Microservice and Event-Driven architectures is a plus.

• Experience with SaaS/multi-tenant platforms and caching platforms (Redis/Memcached).

• Familiarity with contemporary front-end build pipelines and tools.

• Ability to comprehend technical requirements effectively.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential.

• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.

• Knowledge of performance enhancement and web vitals improvement is advantageous.

• A solid understanding of project/site security maintenance is necessary.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology, CI-CD Pipelines, ORM Tools, and AWS Services.
