AI Media Workflow Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive AI-driven media workflows that facilitate consistent and repeatable production processes without the need for manual intervention.

• Convert creative and educational intentions into organized pipelines, ensuring that the outputs meet instructional and content objectives.

• Integrate evaluation criteria and quality checkpoints within workflows, leading to dependable first-pass outputs with minimal need for revisions.

• Enhance, troubleshoot, and expand workflows to boost performance, reliability, and turnaround times as production requirements escalate.

• Manage operational media processes, including asset management and supplier coordination, to ensure seamless delivery and reliable production scheduling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing and managing comprehensive AI workflow systems (e.g., n8n, APIs, structured prompting).

• Advanced proficiency in AI systems, encompassing troubleshooting, optimization, and scaling beyond initial pilot workflows.

• Solid practical experience in multimedia production (graphic design, video production, animation, or interactive media), effectively translating creative ideas into structured, high-quality outputs.

• Familiarity with implementing evaluation logic, safeguards, or rubric-based systems within production workflows.
