This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Perform in-depth evaluations of workflows across various functions to uncover opportunities for automation and AI enhancement.
• Develop and manage an AI opportunity roadmap, prioritizing use cases by return on investment, feasibility, and strategic importance, in close collaboration with department leaders and the CEO.
• Remain at the forefront of AI tools and agent frameworks, consistently assessing new models, platforms, and techniques to ensure Endor Labs stays ahead of industry trends.
• Create, construct, and implement AI agent-based workflows and automations that address real business challenges, including complex agentic workflows, RAG-based knowledge systems, automated content pipelines, intelligent CRM enhancements, and more.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle from rapid prototyping to production-ready deployment, encompassing monitoring, error management, and iterative improvements based on user input.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing tools and systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, internal databases) to establish seamless, end-to-end workflows.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to promote AI adoption throughout the organization, from executive alignment to enabling individual contributors.
• Create and provide training programs, workshops, and hands-on enablement sessions tailored to the specific AI use cases and skill levels of each department.
• Identify and nurture AI champions within each team to accelerate grassroots adoption and foster a culture of AI-first thinking.
• Monitor adoption metrics, collect feedback, and refine both the tools and the training to ensure sustained and meaningful usage.
• Over 5 years of experience in a mix of software engineering, data science, AI/ML engineering, or technical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deliver AI-enabled solutions in a business setting—not just research or prototypes, but actual systems that real teams utilize daily.
• Comprehensive understanding of go-to-market operations, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Business Operations workflows. You are familiar with the enterprise sales cycle, understand pipeline dynamics, and can pinpoint where AI can provide the greatest leverage.
• Strong change management instincts—you recognize that deploying AI tools is just part of the challenge; promoting adoption, building trust, and changing behaviors is where the real value lies.
