📋 Description

• Engage in the development of a venture-backed enterprise focused on physical asset finance and monitoring.

• Establish a business centered around persistent asset identity, real-time condition/utilization/performance data, dynamic collateral valuation, or usage-based financing and insurance.

• Collaborate with Forum AI Studio to validate the concept and identify the ideal customer profile.

• Create the product and MVP necessary to gain initial traction.

• Implement a go-to-market strategy aimed at achieving $50-100K ARR.

• Attract, recruit, and manage a world-class team.

• Work alongside Forum's operating team in areas including business design, product development, growth, recruitment, legal, and fundraising.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as an early-stage operator with a successful history of building, selling, and navigating the realm of physical asset finance and monitoring.

• Familiarity with underwriting equipment finance, asset-backed lending, or commercial credit, or experience in developing IoT, telemetry, or appraisal products.

• Proven ability to attract, hire, and manage top-tier teams.

• Strong enthusiasm for technology's potential to transform the world.

• Aspiration to become a venture-backed founder.

• Must be based in Canada or the US.

• Capability to collaborate within North American time zones.
